Thanks

To those people who offered support following my last post.
I'm calmer than I was when I made the post, but still far from alright. This is a situation where being obsessive, having no close friends and being almost incapable of discussing one's feelings are NOT good things.
I'm still in some danger of hurting myself, but it would be more along the lines of damage to my skin and possibly some muscles rather than bones broken and major blood vessels severed.
Luckily for me, this isn't affecting my uni work, as I've been focussing on my assignments as a way of distracting myself.

A couple of days ago I saw a device [can't link to it = technically challenged person] called Stresseraser. It's probably just a gimmick [and it was very expensive]
It's supposed to help one learn how to become calm and remain calm. I'm still dithering about whether it's a 'fake' or whether it might help.
There again, I imagine that some chocolate might work just as well and be a darned sight cheaper!
Best wishes
