... and you know that you hurt yourself during meltdowns, for God's sake, STAY AWAY FROM SOLID METAL BARS!!!
Luckily for me, it only came near my arm and not my head. My arm is slightly weak, my hand is slowed down (when I try to clench it I have to concentrate for a couple of seconds to get it to move) , it is swollen and I don't have as much sense of where my hand is, so I think I've done some damage. It still works, though, and it seems to be getting better so I'm not too worried.
Ouchie ouch ouch.
(And I've ALREADY crippled myself this week when I attempted to walk out of the bathroom and walked smack bang into the door, hurting my knee.)

Oh dear! And it's only Monday! I hope your week improves.
Best wishes
It was Friday when I posted it.
Thank you for your concern. My time since then has been good, I've been on holiday with my boyfriend, which was wonderful, and started what should be my final semester at university.
The meltdown was over my inability to pay my psychiatrist's bills. I have since enlisted help from my mother, and spoken to his receptionist to arrange to make regular payments.
My hand and knee are both fine now. THAT problem has been replaced by the lovely NEW problem of both arms and the entire left side of my body going into spasms. I look like a puppet that is having its strings yanked.
